The life and heart of HOPE Brooklyn is summed up in the image of a Table. As we take our seat at Christ’s table, receiving forgiveness and compassion, we are then given the opportunity to make room for others around our table.
You’re invited to experience the richness of community and a fuller expression of the Church by joining a table!
Small groups
Small groups at HOPE Brooklyn are limited-time gatherings of a small number of people, centered around a specific topic, book, or affinity.
Questions about Tables?

Each Table gathering will be unique, based on the dynamics of the people gathered and the personalities of each host/leader. However, you can typically expect a warm invitation, a shared meal, an opportunity to share and to listen, and a time of reflection and prayer.
We hope that you depart each Table gathering with a full stomach, an encouraged spirit, and the love of Jesus.

Our Tables typically gather once a week for eight weeks in a semester.

After you register, expect to hear from your lovely host with a time, location, and further instructions.

Small groups are limited-time gatherings based around an affinity, a book, or a topic.
Tables are based on neighborhood and meet on a more regular, long-term basis.
Both are fantastic opportunities for connection!
